Dear Wigan Metropolitan Borough Council,

I would like to know the following information.

1. How many cases have been opened by Wigan Council’s Children’s Services, as a result of a Threat to Life Warning being issued by police, in 2019, 2018 and 2017?
2. How many legal applications for a protective order on a child, have been taken out by Wigan Council’s Children’s Services, as a result of a Threat to Life Warning being issued by police, in 2019, 2018 and 2017?
3. Of these applications, how many were successful, in 2019, 2018 and 2017?

Dear Mr Gaffney
I am emailing to confirm the receipt of your recent request for
information to Wigan Council. This has been logged and will be forwarded
