Childrens services complaints

We're waiting for W Madden to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Middlesbrough Council,

Each year Childrens services have to publish the statistics about complaints received and dealt with. Can you please provide the last publication of this (or a link to where it can be read).

Can you also provide details of the number of complaints to Children's services since the date the stats in the last publication go up to, with a breakdown of how many were upheld, how many were passed to stage two, and how many were reviewed by the LGO
