Yes
Do you have an Early Help Case Management System?

Yes
Who provides these systems and when are the contracts up for renewal?

Children's Centre system = Tribal Synergy – This contract runs out at the
end of the calendar year 2016 at which point the supplier will be
withdrawing the system, so the contract will not be renewed.

Early Help system = Mosaic, the contract will be due for renewal in 2018.
