LBBD currently uses eStart.
In which boroughs do you have an Early Help Case Management System? 

LBBD currently uses CMS
Who provides these systems to each borough and when are the contracts up
for renewal? 

Capita provides eStart and the contract is due for renewal in April 2017.

QES provides CMS and the contact us due for renewal in April 2017.

How many Children's Centres are in each borough?
