Dear Ms Ellerby,
Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/8152318
Thank you for your request for information received on 29 November 2018,
in which you asked for the following:
1. How many pupils aged 5 - 18, do not currently have any educational
provision?
2. How many pupils aged 5 - 18 on the SEND register, do not currently
have any educational provision?
3. How many pupils aged 5 - 18 with an EHCP or statement, do not
currently have any educational provision?
My response is as follows:
Haringey does not hold figures for the number of 17-18 year old are
currently without an educational provision. Accurate figures for these
year groups are available at specific times during the academic year and
are submitted to the DfE regularly. For children aged 5-16 please find the
information requested below:
1. Fifteen children, all of whom will be placed into schools and
educational provisions early in the new year.
2. We do not hold figures for the number of children on the SEND
register, aside from those in question 3 below.
3. Five children, who will be placed into schools and educational
provisions early in the new year.
If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the [1]Feedback
and Information Team. (Please note you should do so within two months of
this response.)
Yours sincerely,
