Under the Freedom of Information Act I request the following information
on the numbers of children taken into care because of being obese.

In the last three financial years - 2013/14, 2012/13 and 2011/12 - how
many children have been taken into care with obesity cited as the
primary reason for the care order (broken down by year).

For any child taken into care with obesity the primary reason for the
care order please provide the age of the child at the time the care
order was granted.
