Children under the care of the Health Visitors needing extra support

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust,
Would you please be so kind as to provide the numbers of children
under the age of 5 years under the care of the Health Visiting Service during each of the years 2006-2011 who:
1. Had a Child Protection Plan
2. Were identified as 'Children in Need'
3. Were identified as 'Children with Special Needs'
4. Were identified as living in families/homes where at least one
adult was identified as needing extra support.

Hi Sue Did you see my comment. There is a lot to do in Health Visiting as regards the service provision but identifying (and collating numbers) of children in need would seem to be a priority.
