Children Services - Supervised Contact
Dear Warwickshire County Council,
As part of your Children Services, you may make decisions that propose that a parent sees their child under supervised or supported contacted, rather than unsupervised contact.
Please provide the following:
- Details of the training you provide to decision makers on forming decisions on supervised/unsupervised contact recommendations
- The specific training slides used and all literature provided to staff
- Training compliance rates for training on this area in the last 12 months and at the last training sessions delivered specifically
- A copy of the risk assessment toolkit used to inform such decisions
- Evidence of when such a toolkit was last reviewed to ensure it is in line with expected practice.
Further to the above:
- The specific toolkits and risk assessment documents used to inform decisions about supervised/unsupervised contact when a case is also connected with parental alienation
Yours faithfully,
Gurpreet Dulay
