Dear Derbyshire County Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Derbyshire County Council's handling of my FOI request 'Children Not in School Consultation'.

The reason for my requests refusal is on the grounds that the information will be published at a later date by the DfE when they respond to the consultation as a whole. I find this very unlikely; judging by previous Government consultations the DfE will publish its own response based on the information provided to the department, of which they might provide a summary; not a publication of every response submitted to the department. As my request is specifically for your contribution to the consultation please could you reconsider acquiescing as your specific contribution is very unlikely to be published by the Government.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

Yours faithfully,

John Taylor
