In relation to home care support and supported living:

1. The minimum, maximum and average rates paid to independent providers
for the delivery of care and support to adults with learning disabilities,
physical disabilities and mental health?

2. The minimum, maximum and average rates paid to independent providers
for the delivery of care and support to young adults 16-25 with with
learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health?

In relation to residential care:

1. The minimum, maximum and average rates paid to independent providers
for the delivery of care and support to adults with physical, learning
disabilities and mental health?

2. The minimum, maximum and average rates paid to independent providers
for the delivery of care and support to young adults 16-25 with learning
disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health?

With regards to the data, we have provided data for Residential and
Supported Living and also the data relating to the categories of Under
18-65 category.
