I refer to your e-mail dated 21 June 2010, requesting the following information:
‘Provide what consideration was given by the NHSCT to the needs and safety of
children and people with a disability in the catchment area of the Mid-Ulster Hospital,
when making the decision to close the Accident and Emergency Unit’

Services – Consultation and Equality Impact Assessment – January 2009’ which is availlable
