Dear Liverpool City Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Child sexual exploitation within the licensed trades'.
Surely a regulatory authority must hold a data base as to the issues surrounding sexual abuse and child sexual exploitation by its licensed drivers which should also include its staff and licensing committee members, the public have a right to know under the freedom of information act exactly what offences have been committed in licensed vehicles, licensed by Liverpool city council, The regulated authority holds the information so why withhold the information from the public? I find it astounding that the licensing management refuse each and every FOI request that I make in respect of licensing if sex offenders and or drivers that have been through the committee process for CSE and or sexual abuse, let’s hope that a review of the decision is made and then I will contact the freedom of information commissioners to take this matter in hand
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...

J M Bradley
