Dear Bracknell Forest Safeguarding Children Board,

Could you please confirm the approximate cost incurred when a child is put on a Child Protection Plan and Child in Need Plan? I appreciate that this may vary depending on the duration of the plans, however I would appreciate, if you could give me a ball-park figure for the following if possible:

- Child on Child Protection Plan for 3 months
- Child on Child Protection Plan for 9 months
- Child on Child in Need Plan for whatever is the average duration
of such a plan in the Borough.

If you are unable to provide the above information, please could you disclose any information you may held that may help assess the cost of the above plans per a specific period of time (e.g. per year).
