Dear Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust,mIchave now contacted the Information Commissionervwith regards to this FOI.
You had a mandatory obligation to comply by 7th July 2017.
I wish to now instigate an internal review with regards to this FOI breach.
You stated that your Department would comply by 19th July 2017.
Still no answer.
You now state that will now have to wait until 7th August 2017 for the results of the internal review.
Total disregard for breaching guidelines and the lack of transparency beggars belief..
I will leave it to the IC to deal with this debacle .
Kind Regards Aluson Stevens.
Yours faithfully,
Alison Stevens
