Dear FOI (KING'S COLLEGE HOSPITAL NHS FOUNDATION TRUST),
So how can a Hospital Trust have a case in Court, with regards to stopping ventilation, without Legal representation within the Court arena, only if the Legal team were working PROBONO.
Can you please clarify if this is the case?
Yours sincerely,
Alison Stevens
