Dear Northern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),

For the Year 2009/2010 I am requesting information as per the
following

1) amount of children abused in the year

2) the residential status of the child(ren)
-living sole residence with biological mother
-living sole residence with biological father
-living in a shared parenting environment with biological mother
and father
-living in care
-living in foster / adoptive care
-other

3)the relationship of the attacker(s)/ wrong doer to the child:
- biological parents (state mother or father)
- lone biological mother
- partner of biological mother
- lone biological father
- partner of biological father
- other biological relative (state relationship)
- social worker / court welfare officer / child protection officer
- judge
- other public servant
- guardian ad litem
- adoptive or foster carers
- other

4) the amount of convictions that were a result of said abuse
