I have recently been informed by the Environment Agency that the Chief Executive of
Carmarthenshire Council received a formal warning on the 11th of April 2011 for a section 33 tipping offence.

Please can you provide me with,

a. Copy of the warning
b. What did the council tip?
c. How much did the council tip?

Dear Mr Morgan,

Thank you for your request for information, which was received on 16th
May, 2011 and is being dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act
2000/Environmental Information Regulations 2004. We are therefore

Dear Mr Morgan,

I refer to your request for information, which was received on 16th May,
2011 and has been dealt with under the Environmental Information
Regulations 2004.

The specific information you requested was as follows:

"I have recently been informed by the Environment Agency that the Chief
Executive of Carmarthenshire Council received a formal warning on the
11th of April 2011 for a section 33 tipping offence.

Please can you provide me with,

In response, a copy of the letter received from the Environment Agency
is attached.

The material disposed of was highway construction waste, a total of
1,810 tonnes.
