Dear Somerset County Council,

I would like to know if the current SCC CEo employment contract is a permanent or a fixed term contract please. If the latter, when does it expire?

In terms of the CEo contract, do all other T&Cs mirror those of SCC established staff? In particular, please definitively confirm that the voluntary and compulsory multipliers at the rates currently in force for SCC staff would apply to the CEo position.

Yours faithfully,

Tony Morris
