Dear Lewisham Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Lewisham Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Chidlrens Homes in Lewisham in 1980s and 1990s'.

I asked previously for you to reply to the correct thread. This request was ignored.
Elizabeth Ajala has again replied to the wrong thread.
Please send both replies to this thread which is the correct thread for the replies to this. Further please explain why you ignored my request to do so on 13th August and 3rd August

Please also carry out an internal review into the above and also why I have not received an answer to the clear question, which Lewisham, appears to have chosen to ignore "could you give the dates they were used or open, for all the homes 1970-1990s, and state for each which were owned, run or used by Lewisham Council"
Could you also send me the internal review procedure and guidelines that Lewsisham uses under the Environmental Information Regs and FOI

Dear Lewisham Borough Council,

Lewisham Council continue to fail to implement the FOI law properly

Dear Lewisham Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Lewisham Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Chidlrens Homes in Lewisham in 1980s and 1990s'.

As well as answering to the wrong thread, a mistake still uncorrected after much time has passed, Lewsiahm Council field to answer the question properly .

"The following list you provided for childrens homes in the 1970s and 1980s.
Could you do the same for the 1990s and could you give the dates they were used or open, for all the homes 1970-1990s, and state for each which were owned, run or used by Lewisham Council"

You ignored the part "could you give the dates they were used or open, for all the homes 1970-1990s, and state for each which were owned, run or used by Lewisham Council" choosing only to say "Lewisham did not run any children’s homes in the 1990’s and have not run any since".
So to spell it out, for each home please state when they opened and shut and whether they were owned, run or used by Lewisham Council.

The breathtaking incomptence/corruption of Lewisham Counciil continues..

Lewisham maintain there record of incompetence. They apologise for delay after answering promptly with a holding reply within 5 days. Then they take 2 months and do not answer. Then they anser to the wrong thread. Then they ignore for 2 months a request to answer to the right thread. They also ignore for two months a request for internal review when they blatantly do not answer the question. Finally they have answered to the correct thread and I await their internal review, which is already 2 months overdue

Dear Foi,

I am still waiting for your overdue internal review . Lewisham appears to be maintaining its incompetent /deliberate breaking of the law
