Thank you for your request for information of 18^th December 2019 which

£31,756

 

2. What incentives are there from the council to bus operators to accept
the cards?

None - this is a voluntary scheme and it’s the operators choice if they
want to offer discounts

 

3. How many travelcards have been used in the past year?

We do not hold the information regarding how many travel cards have been
used but 287 travelcards have been issued and there are 1,950 live records

 

4. How many transactions have been made using the travel cards in the past
year?

It is approximately 25,000 transactions per annum

 

5. What overall amount is currently stored on the cards which haven't been
used in the past year?

To the end of November 2019 the amount is £58,849
