Dear University of Oxford,
I am requesting the following information for MChem Chemistry offer holders for application cycles of 2015-2019.
1) The number of conditional offers made each application cycle
2) The number of unconditional offers made each application cycle
3) The number of conditional offer holders who did not meet their offer conditions each application cycle(by college)
4) The number of students from 3) who still got admitted despite missing the grades each application cycle(by college)
5) The criteria for admitting a student who did not make their offer conditions

Subject to any clarification required, the University will aim to reply
