Dear Official Custodian for Charities,

Two complaints about YMCA and Mind have been made about abuse of Patricia Towner which you refuse to investigate the internal workings and mechanisms of a charity despite serious harm causes.

Please may you comprehensively explain your rationale for shirking statutory responsibilities?

What powers does the commission have to step in and Shane charities for misusing public funds for legal action inappropriately and throwing defenceless people into the streets or take advantage of their vulnerability?

Yours faithfully,
