Charity bags
Living in Brighton we frequently get charity bags through the letterbox. Some of them are obviously from genuine charities, but occasionally we get an iffy one. Today one of those arrived claiming the management company doing the collection is "registered with your local authority". I'd like to check if that's a statement of truth. The company is named as Recycling & Management Services Ltd (http://randms.co.uk). They might be on the level, but my Spidey-sense is tingling. Any info you can provide would be appreciated - if only to help satisfy my curiosity.
