Dear Ministry of Justice,

According to Section 8 of the Family Court Statistics Quarterly: October to December 2020 (https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics...), there were 39,597 financial remedy applications. Please could you disclose:

1. How many of these had dependant children
2. Of the financial remedy applications, how many of the applicants were connected to divorce proceedings.
3. Of those who had dependant children, how many also had Children Act proceedings.

Please repeat this exercise starting from January 2011 up tend of 2020, and place the data into a table as follows:

Column A, 10 rows - Years 2011 to 2020
Column B - number of financial remedy applications
Column C - number of applications that referenced dependant children
Column D - number of applications that were connected to divorce petitions
Column E - number of applicaitons that also had Children Act proceedings
