Thank you for your request for information which was received by the
Council on 17 September 2018.

 

I am advised that the Council’s response to your information request
regarding the above is as follows.

Statistics for the following years 2014 – 2018 are:

Number of fixed penalty notices (FPNs) issued, please include age of
offender, date, fine, and if the fine was paid.

* 211 litter fixed penalty notices have been issued from April 2014 to
date. The amount of fine is £50 if paid within 10 days and £75
thereafter.
* The Council retains statistical information on the number of fixed
penalty notices issued but not the other information requested.

Number of FPN's not paid.

* The service area does not keep a historic record of this information.

Number of FPN's referred to the Judicial System.

* Twelve to date.

Number of visits by enforcement officers including the dates.

* The information is not available for the time period specified. There
have been around 100 visits to Chapel-en-le Frith since September 2016
but these records do not cover all officers with enforcement powers.

The areas within the boundary of the town patrolled by the Enforcement
officers.

* The officers patrol across the whole Borough.
