Can you please send me copies of all correspondence (including meeting notes, records of site visits, phone conversations etc) regarding access to Channing School's building site and the suspension of parking in the area of the school. This is to include but not be limited to communication between the council (and its agents) and Channing School (plus including their contractors, Broadland).

Please find attached all information relating to the application and
street notices for the Temporary Traffic Management Order (TTMO). The
request for the parking suspension was made to the council in early July,
the suspension notice was erected on site on the 11 July which came into
effect on the 18 July with an end date of the 12 September 2012, this
suspension was replaced with the TTMO.

the Freedom of Information Act in relation to the above.  Please find
below the information requested.

 

 

I met on site with a colleague from Transportation (Maurice Richards) and
representatives of the applicant’s team (their planning consultant, the
architects and the representative from Blenheim House Construction, who
produced the Drat Construction Management Plan on 28^th February 2012.

 

This document is already in the public domain and on the Council’s Online
Planning Service, however please also find below which has a copy of the
Draft Channing School Management Plan for the new Sports Hall and
Performance Arts Building.

submitted for the erection of lower ground floor extension to the existing
1950s school building. This link provides detail a copy of the response I

2 - There still seem to be no records of conversations or emails or meetings relating to the parking ban imposed in the last few months. My understanding is that there have been such exchanges. Can you be more thorough?
