Channels of Bi-Directional Digital Communication's Aggregated

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Bradford City Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Bradford City Council,

I write to make a Freedom Of Information (FOI) request regarding all your channels of Bi-Directional Digital Communication. For clarity of understanding, a Channel of Communication is a platform where information is transmitted or exchanged.

An example of one of your main channels of communication is via your Website. This would be an example of a Uni-Directional channel of communication, as this is mainly used as a one way publication portal medium. Another example of a Uni-Directional channel of communication would be your publications in the Telegraph and Argus newspaper, as this is also a portal to publishing information. By definition, a Uni-Directional channel of communication has one way traffic, where you can post information but not receive any information back.

An example of a Bi-Directional channels of communication would be your Facebook Account as you can publish information through it, yet others can also publish their comments onto your Pages. The Royal Mail Postal System is another example of a public Bi-direction channel of communication, as you can publish letters through it and also receive letters. Your twitter account would also be classed as a Bi-Directional channel of communication, as everyone can tweet through it. The simplest example of a Bi-Directional changed of communication is the telephone, as you can exchange two way vocal information. The telephone and the postal system would be excluded from my enquiries as the medium of information exchange is not digital.

My FOI request relates specifically to all your channels of Bi-Directional Digital Communication. Therefore, as an organisation, I require a list of all your Facebook Accounts, if you have more then one account; a list of all your Twitter Accounts, if you have more then one account; but most importantly I require a list of all your email accounts, of which I know you have many, given that at least each employee is allocated at lease one unique email account. Each of these accounts is classed as a channel of Bi-Directional digital communication.

Also your account on the website WhayDoTheyKnow is a channel of Bi-Directional digital communication as digital information is exchanged through it i.e Freedom of Information request are made and response information is received. There maybe other channels of Bi-Directional Digital communication, that I am currently unaware of, which you may utilise, which falls into the definition provided, that I would like you to inform me about.

In summery, I would like a comprehensive list of all your Bi-Directional Digital communication accounts aggregated for the organisation known as City of a Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC).

Please look to acknowledge my FOI request forthwith and seek clarity of understanding if you are unclear on the information requested.

Yours faithfully,

Mr Hussain

On the 12th of June 2015, CBMDC decided to decline responding further to my enquires, as they deemed my numerous questions as constituting vexatious behaviour. If viewers and users of this site consider my questions as being legitimate and disagree with CBMDC's opinion of my behaviour -and consider their current stance as attempts at being evasive in answering legitimate question put to them by a member of the public - then please join me in my campaign to bring the Local Authority to account by signing my petition on the following site: https://you.38degrees.org.uk/p/MrHussain

I have now setup a cloud based web site where more detailed information can be accessed regarding my attempts to bring my Local Authority CBMDC to account for its vileness actions perpetrated against me and my vulnerable family members.
