Changes to Cowley LTNs
Dear Oxfordshire County Council,
Could you please advise when councillors in administration were made aware of the changes to Cowley and East Oxford LTNs.
This includes ANPRs and Timber bollards.
The official communication that was before the by election stated East Oxford LTNs not Cowley LTNs. There is also another FOI which prevented this information being shared until after by election.
I would like to know when it was decided and communicated to all county councillors especially those in administration.
If decided before the by election who and why did they stop this message from communicated to rest of the public?
Yours faithfully,
Mich Harry

Dear Oxfordshire County Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Oxfordshire County Council's handling of my FOI request 'Changes to Cowley LTNs'.
Dear Renata,
Thank you for your e-mail. I couldn’t find at any point from the link you have provided which shows that there will be a consultation on Cowley and East Oxford LTNs on 6th of March.
So let’s try again.
When did cabinet decide that there was going to be consultation on both cowley and east oxford ltns in regards to ANPRs and timber bollards?
Which councillors are aware of this planned consultation which took few days after by election?
Please also advise why the planned consultation was not publicly available before the by election (if) some or (all) councillors knew there was going to be consultation which directly affect the area of election.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/c...
Yours faithfully,
Mich Harry
