Further to my FOI request DBT ref: FOI2023/06543 in which you state:

"With reference to Annex A, in 2022, Post Office’s Remuneration Committee recommended a
change to directors’ remuneration for which Shareholder approval was required. In December
2022, Post Office recalled the Annual Report & Accounts while seeking Shareholder approval
for the change. Shareholder approval was granted for the change, which accounts for why the
earlier version of the Annual Report & Accounts is not materially different from the version that
was published. "

Please provide all documentation that describes the changes that POL's remuneration committee recommended and required shareholder approval including POL's request for approval of the change.

Please provide the date that the request for approval was received by BEIS/ Dept Bus and Trade

Please provide the date that the request was approved and POL notified.

Not part of the FOI questions but it appears to me that POL must have submitted to BEIS/Bus and Trade a version of the ARA that included non approved versions of Directors Remuneration.
