Changes in sexual health clinic staff and health numbers during contracts
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to submit a Freedom of Information (FOI) request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. This request seeks information on changes in patient and staff numbers within CDDFT's sexual health/genitourinary medicine clinics over the lifetimes of contracts to deliver their services.
To the best of my knowledge, one contract might deliver services at multiple clinics, and multiple contracts might deliver services at one clinic. Please could you clarify if this is the case?
I will ask for the following information on the clinics' patient and staff numbers:
1. the number of patients seen within a financial year
2. the number of full-time equivalent (FTE) doctors at the end of a financial year
3. the number of FTE nurses at the end of a financial year
4. the number of FTE healthcare assistants at the end of a financial year
5. the number of FTE non-medical staff at the end of a financial year
I would like to request information to examine all clinic-contract pairs. These pairs are formed by pairing each sexual health clinic within CDDFT (separately) with each contract concerned with delivering its services that is ongoing or ended within the last 10 years (separately).
I would like to please request a spreadsheet file containing the following information for each such clinic-contract pair. Please sort the rows firstly by the clinic and then, within the clinic, by the dates the contract began, most to least recent.
1. The name of the clinic.
2. All the unique identifiers for the contract, such as its name and reference number.
3. The date the contract began.
4. The date the contract ended ("N/A" if the contract is still in effect).
5. The most recent completed financial year before the contract began.
6. The most recent completed financial year before the contract ended ("N/A" if the contract is still in effect).
7. The previously described staffing and patient numbers for the most recent completed financial year before the contract began.
8. The previously described staffing and patient numbers for the most recent completed financial year before the contract ended ("N/A" if the contract is still in effect).
In a separate sheet within the same spreadsheet file, please provide the previously described staffing numbers for each clinic at present and the number of patients seen at each clinic in the last financial year.
Thank you very much for your time and help.
Yours sincerely,
Leo Pritchard
