Renfrewshire Council received your request for information on 25th October
2017. You wrote:
1) I am writing to request the number of Renfrewshire residents who have

Response:
1) I confirm that the Council holds the information requested but is
refusing your request, as set out under Section 16 of the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002. The reason for this refusal is under
Section 25 (Information otherwise accessible) of the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002. The information you require can be

2) Renfrewshire Council is in discussion/pursuing 6 parties, who have
obtained planning consent for a change of use for open space into a
private garden.
