Change of Planning Officer
Dear Merton Borough Council,
Within the previous five year period, as from the date of this request, please supply me with statistical data informing of the total amount of times that a Planning Officer has been removed/replaced from a Planning Application administration process, which has been put forward for approval, to be then replaced by a head of department within Merton Council's Planning Department, who then reneges on the initial Planning Officer's recommendation for approval, and puts forward recommendation for refusal?
Yours faithfully,
Peter McNab
