Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Can you please tell me if:
'An existing ESA Claimant with LCWRA who has change in another condition which is not the primary condition they claim for, would trigger a COC and transfer to Universal Credit due to Natural Migration? ' The Severe Conditions Guidance does not make this clear , neither does COC Guidance.

Yours faithfully,

G Ward
