Dear Prescription Pricing Division,

I am interested in assessing the national change in respiratory drug prescribing, specifically that of tiotropium (class 3.1.2) and the combination corticosteroid/long-acting beta-agonist drugs (class 3.2).

The drugs I would like data on are:

Tiotropium also prescribed as Spiriva

Budesonide/Formoterol also prescribed as Symbicort

Fluticasone/Salmeterol also prescribed as Seretide

For reference I have listed below all of the available doses and forms of the above drugs, which are prescribed.

Please could I request the total net ingredient cost per drug per PCT for each of the 152 PCTs in England. Could I have this for each quarter from the 4th quarter 2006- 4th quarter 2010.
