Dear Dundee City Council,

Please treat this email as a Freedom of Information request.

I am interested in data on the total number of landlords, and the total number of properties they rent out, as defined by the landlord register.

Please could you provide details of these numbers for each quarter of the following years:

2018
2019
2020
2021
2023
2024 (to date)

If you do not hold data over the entire timescale requested, please supply the most recent data that you can.

I would be grateful if you could supply the requested data in a machine readable format such as CSV, or MS Excel. Please do not send the requested information in a pdf format file.
