Dear Land Registry,

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following.....

1/ The number of properties in the Parish of Thakeham (in West Sussex) that currently have a a registration of interest upon them for "Chancel Repair Liability", and

2/ An indication of how many (if any) of those interests were made (registered with you) within the last 5 years i.e. since May 1st 2009.

interest upon them for "Chancel Repair Liability" and how many of those
were in the last 5 years.

Dear David Freeman

Thank you for your email of 1 May 2014 where you requested information
about properties in the Parish of Thakeham that currently have a
registration of interest upon them for "Chancel Repair Liability" and how
many of those were in the last 5 years.

 

It is not possible to search properties by parish, so it was based on the
district of Horsham which includes Thakeham. No properties were returned
where there was a reference to the Parish of Thakeham. There were 31 for
Rudgwick, 1 for Dial Post and 1 for Bramley. Only 1 entry, from Rudgwick,
was added in the last 5 years.

 

The data provided has been collected from a variety of sources as part of
the land registration process. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that
the data we provide is as accurate as possible we cannot guarantee it is
fit for your intended purpose or use.

 

It is also subject to Crown copyright and there may be other important
publication restrictions, such as those concerning data protection. This
