Please could you provide me, ideally in a tabular format the following information:

1. The number of chancel repair liabilities registered each year since 2002

2. The number of chancel repair liabilities registered between 1 Jan 2013 and 12 October 2013

3. The number of chancel repair liability REQUESTS to be registered since 13 October 2013 and also the number actually registered since this date (please outline the date of when you will run the report up to)

4. Outline whether any chancel liabilities requests have been received or registered for the area of Watford or anywhere else in Hertfordshire (pls outline the date of when you will run this report up to)

5. Please confirm if St.Mary's Parish church in Watford (or any of its agents whatever they may be called) has made any requests to register any chancel liability - as they are referred to in several online documentation to calculate potential chancel cost
