1. Please provide a list of the Chambers used by A14 of Cafcass for the purpose of instructing a barrister/Counsel to provide representation at a hearing for each of the last 3 years and the number of times each Chambers listed has been used.

2. If you are unable to locate this information, please advise if you believe the Legal Aid Agency will hold this information on its system?
