Steven,

Bear in mind that only half of SWAST uses NHS Pathways. The old gwas, what swast call "northern" doesnt.

Dear Information Governance,

Thank you for your reply.
In response for your ease I will ask my question differently as I am aware of the dispatch policy regarding scene safety etc I am requesting the codes that your CAD system would acknowledge as being appropriate for CFRs to attend, I am aware its ultimately the decision of the dispatcher whether to send them or not. So if its easier please provide me with the MPDS codes or chief complaint card number (if its not appropriate to send them to any code within that card) that CFRs automatically would not be send to.
Yours sincerely,

Steven Jones

Dear Steven Jones

The CAD is not set up to identify specific codes for the deployment of First Responders attached is a screenshot from the First Responder Deployment SOP which is provided to the 999 Call Centres on the use of First Responders.

I hope this is helpful.

Debbie
