Dear East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust,

I am looking for information regarding the following:

1) Which CFR schemes exist within EMAS, in order of member-strength.
2) What software is used to dispatch CFRs.
3) Who works on the "LIVES Desk" - are they a volunteer from LIVES or do EMAS employ a dedicated dispatcher?
4) Is the LIVES desk at Horizon Place dedicated for LIVES responders or does it dispatch ambulances too?
5) What AMPDS codes would the "LIVES Desk" consider suitable for responders, and at what level?
6) Without CFRs, how many category 1 calls would fall outside of the ambulance response programme's standard?
