CFO/CEO pay and duties
Dear Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Service,
1) Please provide specifically the level of pay rise, year on year, by percentage or cash terms of the Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive from financial years 2010/11 to 2014/15. I do not wish t be pointed to pay policy of pay banding data on a website
2) Please also state if the CFO/CEO is in receipt of a fire fighters pesnions (i.e. has been re-employed on abatement)
3) Please let me know if the CFO/CEO is included on an operational duty rota.

I am pleased to provide a response to your request for information:
1) Please provide specifically the level of pay rise, year on year, by
percentage or cash terms of the Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive from
financial years 2010/11 to 2014/15.
There has been a zero pay rise from 1 April 2010 (financial year
2010/2011) up to 31 ^ January 2015 (financial year 2014/2015).
Please note that all Gloucestershire County Council (GCC) senior
management salaries are published on GCC’s website at the following link:

2) Please also state if the CFO/CEO is in receipt of a fire fighters
pensions (i.e. has been re-employed on abatement)
The Chief Fire Officer is a member of the 1992 Firefighters Pension Scheme
although is not in receipt of his pension.
3) Please let me know if the CFO/CEO is included on an operational duty
rota.
The Chief Fire Officer and Deputy Fire Officer provide a continual 24 hour
cover.
Gloucestershire County Council has not withheld any information in
