Dear West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service,

1) Please provide specifically the level of pay rise, year on year,
by percentage or cash terms of the Chief Fire Officer/Chief
Executive from financial years 2010/11 to 2014/15. I do not wish to be pointed to pay policy or pay banding data on a website

2) Please also state if the CFO/CEO is in receipt of a fire
fighters pesnions (i.e. has been re-employed on abatement)

3) Please let me know if the CFO/CEO is included on an operational
duty rota.

Re: Freedom of Information Act 2000 - Request for Information

 

Thank you for your email dated 26 February 2015 at 16:59, which was
received by West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service on the same date,
requesting the following information:

 

“  1) Please provide specifically the level of pay rise, year on year,  by

West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service acknowledges receipt of your
request and confirms that it will respond to you with the information it
holds, unless the information is covered by one of the exemptions in the
Act.   We will respond to you as soon as possible, and in any event within
the 20 working days required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, in
the manner requested.  Accordingly, we will respond with the information
that you have requested by 26 March 2015.

that you have requested, the information is exempt under section 21 of the
Freedom of Information Act 2000, as it is otherwise accessible. The
