Dear Ashford Borough Council,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I write to request the following information in relation to the sewage treatment works (STW) at Chapmans Close, Challock.

In 1999, the relevant Ombudsman settled a dispute between the Council and residents of Chapmans Close regarding the costs of an upgrade to the common STW (completed 23 April 1999).

Please provide a full copy of the Ombudsman's report / decision.
