Please provide a list of dates of all meetings the Official Receiver for Southend-On-Sea has chaired for the purpose of appointing a trustee(s) to debtors of Maidstone Borough Council, please provide the name of O/R or if the official receiver did not chair a meeting, please provide the name of the chair person.
Please provide who has been appointed as trustee(s) by resolution of a creditors' meeting for all years and the date the appointment was certified.
Whether they were appointed at the meeting as trustee(s) for a debtor's petition or for a creditors petition brought by the council.
For all years you are required to hold records.
