CERT/CESP funding

The request was successful.

Dear Derby Homes,

How much CERT and CESP funding did Derby receive?
Has Derby used the CESP funding to retrofit properties?
If so how much funding did you receive and what are your carbon savings for any CESP funded areas?

Do you have anything in place for the ECO element of the Green Deal?

What is your policy with regard to leaseholders accessing funding to support the carbon reduction targets?

Yours faithfully,

vera cold

Dear Vera Cold,

Please see below the answers to your recent questions.

Do not hesitate to come back to me if you require further information.

Regards

Mark Fairweather as FOI officer for Derby Homes

How much CERT and CESP funding did Derby receive?

Derby Homes claimed no CERT funding.

CESP funding is unknown at this stage, pending final settlement of CESP
claim with Ofgem and e.on.

Has Derby used the CESP funding to retrofit properties?

Derby Homes will be using CESP funding to retrofit properties once the
final settlement has been agreed.

If so how much funding did you receive and what are your carbon
savings for any CESP funded areas?

Amount unknown at this stage. Carbon savings are similarly unknown at this
stage, pending final settlement of CESP claim.

Do you have anything in place for the ECO element of the Green
Deal?

No.

What is your policy with regard to leaseholders accessing funding
to support the carbon reduction targets?

We have no policy, mainly as the situation never arose under CESP.

Dear Vera Cold,

As requested I have conducted an internal review of why your original
request was not dealt with in time.

Firstly your request was sent to a general enquiries email address.  This
was unfortunate, as there is a dedicated FOI email address published on
our web site which would have directed your email straight to me.

However your request for a review has highlighted an issue internally with
the handling of emails to that general email inbox.  A new procedure has
been put in place which it is hoped should ensure that, in future, no
emails go unanswered.

Having also answered your original query I hope that we have dealt with
everything to your satisfaction.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you require further
information.

Regards
