Dear Paul,
Many thanks for your email sent on 16 January 2019 and the request for
information (please note that as this is an FOI request, we have responded
within the legislated time frame).

Under Section 14(1) of the FOIA. we consider this request as "vexatious"
and therefore decline to provide the information.

As each request must be handled separately and must be kept separate from
the individual or organisation making the request, we site EWCA Civ 454
(14 May 2015) in that there is "no reasonable foundation for thinking that
the information

sought would be of value to the requester or to the public or any section
of the public.” 

 

We reach this conclusion because the request appears to be for marketing
purposes and not sought to enhance public transparency.
