Central London boundary expansions and LTN/ not LTN car-free housing intensifications

The request was successful.

Dear Greater London Authority,

Can you please detail all Central London boundary expansions since the first London Plan to date. I note new Central 'fingers' stretching out into massive re-development intensifications at Kings Cross and Nine Elms, but also outwards to Upper Street conservation Islington?

This Central London boundary expansion clearly seems to influence strongly Low Traffic Neighbourhoods being actioned adjacent to its boundary. It is bizare then, that largely 'kept off' London Planning Data Map South Kilburn hyper car-free housing intensification Growth (1,200 metres from the current Central London boundary) is as if its 1960, doubling new vehicle roads towards 2041 as its regressive movement plan for its new intensive car-free housing- all this 45 ha social housing estate become re-designated council highways land.

Yours faithfully,

David Walton
