I am writing to request an internal review of Office for National Statistics's handling of my FOI request 'Census budget - correspondence'.

I note that your response was late and then the request refused. No help was offered so as to make the request fit within the resource constraint. Would a limiting of the request to correspondence sent to or from the National Statistician be within your limits? If so, please consider that to be my request.

Are you able to deal with this more swiftly given the delay on the first stage of this request and the work you have already done?
