Civil Aviation Authority did not have the information requested.

Dear Civil Aviation Authority,

In the last twelve months of data held what is the overall percentage of ncomng flights to East Midlands Airport that have not complied with the airport's Continuous Descent Approach?

For those airlines who failed to achieve the CDA:

1. What sanctions are open to the airport operator and the CAA?

2. How often have these sanctions been used?

Thank you for your assistance.

Yours faithfully,

Steve Clark
