Dear Louis,

I am sending this email in response to your Freedom of Information Act
2000 request reference IR 10374. Please use this reference in any
subsequent contact relating to this request. Apologies for the delay in
responding to your request.

Response

Please see a response below each of your questions:

• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?

KPI’s are in the specification attached.

• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and
were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages • Actual
spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of
the contract to the current date • Start date & duration of
framework/contract?

The Council held a CCTV suppliers session on 15 February 2020 where
several contractors registered an interest. We only received completed
tenders from Link CCTV Systems (successful) and OpenView (unsuccessful).

Start date of contract was 1 April 2020 and finish date is 31 March 2024.

The tender value for the initial works was £434,747.89 + VAT (capital and
four year maintenance).

• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

Please see a copy of the specification attached.

• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if
so, the duration of the extension?

We do not think an extension clause exists.

• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s)
are being either extended or renewed?

There has been some additional works carried out since the initial capital
project and was deemed to be within the scope of the current contract via
consultation with legal and procurement (Safer Streets Round 3). As above,
we do not think an extension clause exists and therefore no decision has
been made in relation to an extension.

• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for
this contract?

Spencer Clarke - Public Protection Manager.
